Scott Parker, Member
Scott has thirty years experience in the hospitality industry. He started as a houseman and worked his way up the ranks to his most recent position of Vice President of Operations for Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC. At that time, Scott was responsible for 22 hotels, both operating and under construction. Scott was critical in the success of this company through its expansion from one hotel to thirty five open and operating hotels. The hotels under Scott's management have been recipients of the hospitality industry's most prestigious awards including Hilton's Lighthouse Awards, Marriott's Operation of the Year Award and Choice's Hotel of the Year Award.

Scott's experience managing hotels includes the following:

Management of all functions of limited and full service hotels including:
- Staffing and personnel
- Sales and marketing to maximize RevPAR growth
- Guest Service
- Annual Budgeting
- Review of financial results
- Property Maintenance
Ground up construction supervision of new hotels including:
- Indentifying proper locations
- Indentifying proper brands
- Construction supervision to ensure proper guest experience
- Relationship management with brand to ensure best possible product and timely opening
- Hiring of General Manager, Sales Director and all other staff
Supervision of significant hotel rehabilitation
- Supervised the rehabilitation of a 100 year old office building into the premier hotel in Downtown Buffalo
